Functions OF UPU-6
Multi-purpose Breakdown plant UPU-6 is intended for testing insulation of electro-technical equipment and materials with variable sine wave voltage frequency of 50 Hz and with rectified voltage of negative polarity adjustable within the limits of 0-6 kV.
The field of application is power engineering.
Owing to the increased output current plant UPU-6 can be used for testing windings of large electric machines at variable voltage. UPU-6 can be successfully used for testing protective things (boats, gloves, rugs, etc.).
Plant UPU-6 is designed for running under an awning or in premises at working values of air temperature within the range of +50 C - + 400 C, relative humidity of 80 % at a temperature of +200 C and atmospheric pressure within the range of 84,0 - 106,7 kPa (630 - 800 mm Hg).
Power supply of UPU-6 is a single-phase network of a sine wave alternating current with the voltage of 220 20 V, the frequency of 50 1 Hz.

Guarantee of UPU-6
The manufacturer guarantees that plant UPU-6 meets all the requirements of valid technical documentation and standards of electrical installation arrangement norms (EIAN) and safety regulations (SR).
The operation life warranty of UPU-6 is twelve months after delivering to a consumer.
Within the warranty period the manufacturer provides free maintenance of the out of action equipment provided that a consumer hasn’t broken operating rules of UPU-6.
When the warranty period is over the manufacturer provides maintenance under a new contract within the whole life of UPU-6.
