Mobile cable electrolaboratory ETL-10
Mobile cable electrolaboratory ETL-10 for chassis of the following automobiles: Bychok - ZIL 5501 СС; Sadko – GAZ 3308; Gazelle- GAZ 322132 UMZ-4215 or for chassis of a Customer’s automobile.
Mobile cable electrolaboratory ETL-10 is intended for:
- testing cable insulation and other devices with constant and variable (50 Hz) high-voltage;
- finding defective insulation of high-voltage cables with its subsequent insulation reburning;
- topographical finding a cable run and a fault point using the induction and acoustic methods;
- determining a distance up to a place of cable faults with using 6-10 kV pulse with noburning method at high voltage.
Equipment of Mobile Cable Electrolaboratory ETL-10:
- Test block BHT-60/50;
- A burning block;
- Generator of acoustic blast waves GAUV-6;
- A control unit;
- Audio frequency generator GZCh-2500 with receiver P-800;
- Reflectometer Reis-105M;
- A basic post;
- A set of drums and cables;

A high-voltage switch;
- Regulator PNO;
- A set of shorts;
- A set of technical appliances for laboratory equipment running, labor protection, industrial safety, manufacturing sanitation and fire protection.
Metrological certification takes place at the public enterprise of “Kharkovstandardmetrologiya”.
The above listed structure of the laboratory is basic.
At will of the Customer the additional replenishment by the following equipment is available:
- Power station " HONDA " (or similar) of any capacity;
- A set of radio stations for connection between the operator on a line and the electrolaboratory;
- A conditioner;
- A built-in electric power station.
Service conditions of Mobile Cable Electrolaboratory ETL-10 are:
- A range of air temperatures from - 20 up to +40 °С;
- Relative humidity of air up to 80 % at temperature of 25°С;
- Atmospheric pressure of 650 - 800 mm hg. In the premise where the mobile electrolaboratory is run fumes of corrosive liquid (acids and alkalis).
Running of ETL-35K within explosive environments is forbidden!
Power supply of ETL-35K is possible from an industrial single-phase network of 220V, 50 Hz.
Power from the independent generator of power supply with capacity not less than 2,2 kV-A is permitted.
For full options providing of ETL-35K generator capacity should be not less than 25 kV-A.
Manufactures Guarantee
1-year guarantee is provided for devices and the equipment. When a warranty period is over the manufacturer provides service under another contract.
