Complex mobile electrotechnical laboratory ETL-35K

Complex mobile electrotechnical laboratory ETL-35K is intended for:

• testing insulation of high-voltage insulators, cables, and other devices and facilities with constant and variable (50 Hz) high-voltage;
• finding high-voltage burning of defective cable with the subsequent afterburning of insulation;
• defining a distance to a fault point of high-voltage cables with a pulse non- defective insulation method at high voltage;
• defining a run of underground cable lines of 6-10 kV;
• defining fault points of underground cable lines using the induction and acoustic methods in a topographical way;
• measuring capacity and a tangent of object losses at the voltage up to 10 kV;
• taking low-voltage measurements by means of device set K540.

Service conditions of ETL-35K:

• A range of air temperatures from - 20 up to +40 °С;
• Relative humidity of air up to 80 % at a temperature of 25°С;
• Atmospheric pressure of 650 - 800 mm hg.

Running of ETL-35K within explosive environments is forbidden!

Power supply of ETL-35K is possible due to an industrial single-phase network of 220V, 50 Hz.

Power from the independent generator of power supply with the capacity not fewerthan 2,2 kV-A is permitted.

For full options providing of ETL-35K generator capacity should be not fewerthan 20 kV-A.

The Description of the Equipment of Mobile cable electrical laboratory ETL-35:

1 Test Block BHT-100	The variable voltage of 50 Hz - 50 kV, insulation of a secondary winding 100 kV. The secondary winding is connected to outlet of variable voltage BHT-60, as a result at the output of block BHT-100 the variable voltage of 100 kV is got, total out capacity is 8 kw., a short of 100 kV.
2 The Insulation Checking Block	The maximal voltage is 25 kV, the maximal current of short circuit is 40 A, out capacity is 8 kW, the maximal consumed current is 80 A. 6 steps of out voltage
3 Generator of Acoustic percussion waves GAPW-5	The maximal voltage is 20 kV, pulse energy is 2500 J. The operating mode can be manual or automatic. A mode of teamwork with the insulation checking block is provided.
4 The Control Unit	Is intended for controlling the test block, insulation checking and rechecking, generator AG -5, measuring instrument IDP-10, measurement of in and out parameters
5 Acoustic generator AG-2500 with a receiver R-805	The maximal voltage is 300 V, the maximal current - 100 A, fine adjustment, signal modulation, 12 stages, two frequencies of 1024 and 2048 Hz. The bandwidth of the receiver is 7 Hz at a level of 0,7. The receiver belongs to the inductive –acoustic type.
6 High-voltage reflectometer "Iskra"	It is intended for definition of character of damage and distance up to a place of damage without прожига to isolation ка-bleaching (analogue of device " KABELLUX " of firm SEBA DYNATRONIC)
7 The Basic Post	The bearing structure containing an instrument post, drawers, a little table, a locker, etc.
8 The Set of drums and cables	Two posts with six drums for KAEL-3: a high-voltage cable of 60 kV. A profile of a conductor and a casing is 4 mm 2 (3 pieces) The length of all the wires and cables is 30 m.
9 The High-Voltage Switch	The switch for three directions for connecting with three conductors of a high-voltage cable
10 Regulator РNО	Adjustment of voltage of the test block for testing with variable voltage
11 Measuring instrument IDP-10	The measuring instrument of capacity and tangent of dielectric losses of insulation. Consists of the bridge of an alternating current R5026, transformer NOM-10, the sample condenser R5023, the switch of the measuring scheme "straight line-turned”, the device of indemnification of influence currents UKTV-2.
12 The Set of Shorts	Contains four shorts with an electromechanical drive for manual or automatic grounding of high-voltage outputs of the electrolaboratory
13 Measuring instrument ITV-2	The measuring instrument of a current leak at high voltage for testing dischargers. Limits of measurement are 100, 300, 3000 mcA.
14 The Set of Electrotechnical Equipment	Blockings, a siren, a red lantern, a set for fencing the automobile, a set of posts and stands for putting high-voltage wires, a bushing, a temperature fan, a case for devices, a door to a high-voltage compartment, etc.
15 Low-Voltage Block BHT	For measuring parameters of transformers (test КЗ and XX, measurement of ohmic resistance of contacts, etc.) It is applied together with measuring devices of. 0,5 or 0,2 Cl.
